By accessing or using the API services provided by Nexus Inference LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nexus Inference LLC provides high-performance AI model inference endpoints and managed compute resources. Services are provided "as-is" and subject to availability.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any activity occurring under your API key is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Billing

Our payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our service, you agree to provide valid payment information. Fees are based on usage (per token or per compute hour) or fixed subscription plans. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models or infrastructure.
• Bypass rate limits or interfere with the service stability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Inference LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our API.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
